Karen Hawthorne, Ph.D. - Karen Hawthorne has had a private counseling practice and engaged in community consultation and trauma-informed public education since 1997. She has been an Adjunct Professor, Alliant International University since 1985 and an affiliate of Child Abuse Solutions since 2004.

Deborah Smith Parker - Deborah Parker has a dual career as a public policy strategist with broad-based experience in both public and private sectors of behavioral health. Her experience includes program and product development and management; technical assistance and training; and public policy advocacy for issues relating to persons with disabilities. When not working her "straight gig" she indulges in her love of writing as a many times published writer, author and blogger. She is also a survivor and was co-founder of a trauma survivors' peer support group, Face to Face.

Lee B. Teed, MA., MDiv - Lee Teed has been a Sex Therapy Educator and Therapist since 1975. She has presented training for many Community Agencies, Medical Schools (UCSD and Univ of Miami) and local Universities. She had an active full time private practice for Individuals, groups and couples from 1974 to 1988. She has been in Pastoral Counseling since 1990 and is the Chair of the Clergy Misconduct Committee developing policy and procedures for addressing issues of Clergy Misconduct, Diocese of San Diego, CA. Lee was the Principal Trainer for the San Diego Diocese in Safe Church Practices from 1996 to 2005. She is an Advocate and Counselor for victims of clergy misconduct and was the Sub-dean and Canon Liturgist of Saint Paul's Cathedral from 1992 to 2005. She continues with her part time private practice.
